A finely carved French marble sink, mid-18th century, featuring cut front corners and elegant moulded edges to the front and sides. The dark marble shows age-appropriate wear with small surface losses along the body and upper edge, and minor losses to the back corners. A small cavity at the bottom has been skilfully repaired. (please refer to pictures) The interior surface is smoothly finished, ensuring excellent water drainage.
