A nicely veined, 18th century Pyrenean marble sink

A rare, mid-18th century dark brown marble sink. Adorned with a bold, bolection moulding on the front. Two rounded corners at the extremities and two convex corners on the inside of the basin. In good, usable condition. The marble has a naturally worn surface with small grooves, chips and losses consistent with age and use. The bottom surface of the sink is smooth and allows a perfect water drainage.
