A small, mid-18th century Dutch stone font

A small, rectangular black stone basin with tapered body. Carved out of "petit granit" limestone. Finely chiseled and hammered finish of the surface. A few, small losses and knocks on the upper edge and body of the basin. Some light wear consistent with age and use. No cracks or breaks, structurally sound.
