A mid-18th century, Pyrenean marble sink

A beautifully worn, oblong marble sink with two curved corners. Carved out of a deep brown Pyrenean marble with white veins. The upper rim is adorned with a quarter round moulding. Structurally perfectly sound, no cracks or breaks. A few, unobtrusive chips and knocks on the edges and body. Wear consistent with age and use. The surface of the bottom of the sink is smooth and allows a perfect water drainage.
