An unusual, hat-shaped, marble font carved out of "Gris des Ardennes" marble, once quarried in Southern Belgium. In very good, usable condition. A small loss on the front rim (please refer to pictures). Small, unobtrusive chips on the edges. Some wear, consistent with age and use. No cracks or breaks, structurally sound and water tight.
