A very rare, early 18th century "Bleu Belge" marble basin. Featuring a beautifully carved upper rim with cavetto moulding. Excellent condition. Some minute chips on the upper rim and moulding. The inner surface shows some light wear, consistent with age and use. Structurally sound, no cracks or breaks.
